Getting Started

Everything you need to start with PayDock.

What is PayDock?

PayDock is a complete invoicing platform for hospitality and SMBs. Create invoices, quotes and subscriptions, receive online payments via Adyen and SEPA, give your customers their own portal, and connect with POS systems and CRM like Spont and Pipedrive. Multi-tenant, multilingual (NL/EN) and multi-country (NL, NZ, US).

Creating your account

  • Spont / Enzovia Auth0.

Setting up your company

After signing in, set up your company. Choose your country — this determines the default currency, language and tax rates (see Multi-country).

Test and production environment

Every company has an environment switch in Settings. Test mode uses sandbox credentials for Adyen, Spont and Pipedrive; production uses live credentials.

Free vs Paid

The Free plan allows up to 10 invoices per month and adds a 'Powered by PayDock' branding to documents and the checkout. On paid plans the branding is removed and the limit is lifted. See the pricing page on paydock.nl for details.
