Receive online payments and register them manually.

Online payments (Adyen)

PayDock uses Adyen as payment processor. Your customers can pay via:

• iDEAL — Dutch bank transfer (most used).
• Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex
• Google Pay / Apple Pay
• PayPal
• Bancontact — Belgian debit card.
• Klarna — Pay later.
• SEPA Direct Debit — Direct debit.

Configure which methods are available in Settings > Adyen.

Register a manual payment

Go to Payments > New payment to register a manual payment. Select the invoice, enter the amount, choose the method (bank, pin, cash, etc.) and the date. The outstanding amount on the invoice is automatically updated.

Payment history

On the payments page you see all payments with date, invoice number, amount and payment method.
