Customize the emails sent to your customers.
Template types

| Invoice sent | When sending an invoice. |
| Quote sent | When sending a quote. |
| First reminder | After the due date. |
| Second reminder | Still unpaid. |
| Final reminder | Final notice. |
| Payment confirmation | After receiving payment. |
| Portal welcome | When invited to the client portal. |
| SEPA mandate confirmation | After creating a SEPA mandate. |
| SEPA pre-notification | 14 days before a direct debit. |
Template variables
Use these variables in your templates:

Multilingual
You can set a Dutch and English version for each template. The correct language is chosen based on the customer's language setting.
