Generate invoices, quotes and subscriptions from a brief, file or photo.

How it works

In step 0 of any wizard you pick 'Generate with AI'. You provide context — free text, an uploaded PDF/Word/Excel file, or even a photo of a handwritten quote. The AI produces a complete document with sections, lines, prices and a draft email.

Custom prompt

In Settings > Company > AI prompt you set tone-of-voice, fixed copy and industry rules. They are sent with every generation.

Editable result

The AI result lands in the regular editor — you can still tweak each line, price or section before sending.

When to use

• First draft of a quote from a sales call or email
• Turning a photo of a handwritten agreement into a clean invoice
• Importing lines from an Excel or PDF without retyping
