Environment (Test / Production)

The master switch at the top of company settings determines which credentials are used for Adyen, Spont and Pipedrive.

Company & multi-country

Besides the standard fields, the chosen country (NL/NZ/US) sets your currency, tax rates and fiscal field names — see Multi-country.

AI prompt

Give the AI permanent context: tone-of-voice, fixed copy, industry rules and standard product prices. Sent with every AI generation.

Payment methods

Enable/disable methods per document type (invoice, subscription, hosted checkout). iDEAL, Bancontact, card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, SEPA and more via Adyen.

Custom fields

Define extra fields for customers, products, invoices, quotes and subscriptions. Types: text, number, boolean, dropdown, multi-select, date, URL, email.

Accounting

Set a BCC address for automatic copies to your accountant. Every invoice includes a UBL 2.1 XML attachment.

Adyen

Configure Adyen: store name, enabled payment methods, and (in production mode) your live API key, HMAC and client key.

Hosted checkout

Activate the public checkout page, pick which subscription plans appear, with labels, badges and a redirect URL.

API keys & webhooks

Create API keys for REST access and webhook endpoints with HMAC-SHA256 signing. See API and Webhooks.

Branding & templates

Configure logo, colors and font in PDF templates and email templates. On the Free plan a 'Powered by PayDock' branding remains visible on documents and the checkout — a paid plan removes it.
