Creating a quote
Quotes use the same 3-step wizard as invoices, with optional AI generation in step 0. You can create separate sections for one-time products and subscriptions.
Interactive auto-configurator
On the public quote page the customer can choose per line: add extras, change quantities, pick variants, or toggle optional lines. Totals recalculate live, including tax. The customer sees exactly what they get for what price — no more back-and-forth emails.
Digital acceptance & signature
- Customer walks through the configurator and confirms.
- Enter name and email.
- Sign with mouse, finger or stylus on the signature canvas.
- Confirm — PayDock then generates the final PDF with the chosen configuration and signature.
Conversion to invoice or subscription
An accepted quote can be converted to an invoice, subscription or template with one click. All lines and sections move with it.
Quote statuses
