Multi-country
Fiscal rules, currencies and tax labels for the Netherlands, New Zealand and the US.
Configured per country
When setting up your company you pick a country. That determines the default currency, language, tax rates and the naming of fiscal fields.
| Country | Currency | Tax | Default rates | Language |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Netherlands | EUR (€) | BTW | 0%, 9%, 21% | nl |
| New Zealand | NZD ($) | GST | 0%, 15% | en |
| United States | USD ($) | Sales tax | Variable per state | en |
Tax-inclusive by default
Prices in PayDock are entered tax-inclusive by default and automatically rounded to 2 decimals. For countries where exclusive is the norm (like the US), you can flip this per document line.
Document language
Email, PDF and customer portal language follows the customer setting first, and otherwise falls back to the company language tied to the country.
Changing country
You can switch country later in Settings > Company. Existing invoices keep the original currency and tax settings.
