Three steps, three document types

Invoices, quotes and subscriptions follow the exact same flow. That makes converting between documents and reusing templates easy.

1. Step 0 — Choose how to start — Start manually or let AI generate a document from a brief, file or photo.
2. Step 1 — Specs — Customer, date, sections and lines. Inline edit in A4 style with live totals.
3. Step 2 — Rules & send — Payment method, reminders, BCC accountant, email template and preview.

Document conversion

From any wizard you can switch document types: a quote becomes an invoice or template; an invoice becomes a subscription or template. All lines and sections move with it.

Tax-inclusive & rounding

Amounts are entered tax-inclusive and rounded to 2 decimals automatically. Text-only lines and price lines can be mixed.
