Products

Products, packages, option groups, variations and recurring templates.

The products page has four sections:

• Products — Single products with name, price, tax, category, SKU and variations.
• Packages — Bundles of multiple products, ideal as a template for quotes and subscriptions.
• Option groups — Modifiers (e.g. sauce, size) you attach to products.
• Recurring — Subscription templates, also used by Hosted Checkout.

Variations

A product can have multiple variants (e.g. T-shirt — S/M/L). When adding to a document a variant picker appears. Each variant has its own price and SKU.

Option groups (modifiers)

An option group is a set of choices (e.g. 'Sauce' with options Ketchup / Mayo / Mustard). Each option can have a surcharge. Attach multiple groups to one product.

Packages as templates

A package bundles multiple products with fixed quantities. When creating a quote or subscription you pick the package and all lines are filled in at once — you can still tweak them.

Bulk import

Upload a CSV to import products in bulk. Columns for name, price (incl. tax), tax percentage, category and SKU are mapped automatically.
